As "guides for decision makers," CenterPoint consultants help organizations navigate challenges posed by today's rapidly changing environment. Evaluation: Design and implement program evaluation; outcome measurement.
Financial Assessment: Analysis; project administration and budgeting; foundation/trust fund management.

Development / Fundraising: Development audits, feasibility studies, foundation/corporate / government grants, proposal development, project research, and special events.
