Ms. Booker has lived, worked, and traveled throughout the world. She has over 20 years' experience as a volunteer, staff person, Executive Director, founder, board member, and business owner. She has raised millions of dollars in funding. She has initiated many innovative and creative programs. She is knowledgeable about the latest trends in nonprofit management. Capacity Building - Deliverables include organizational assessment; and strategic & business planning.
Board Development an Governance- Includes assessment of board composition, strengths and weaknesses; evaluation of various governance models; determination of need for additional training; and training.
Fundraising and Grantwriting - Analysis of fundraising options; preparation of a fundraising plan; research prospective funding sources; write proposals and grants (specializing in government grants).
