Frank H. Ginn has been an independent management consultant since 1988, working primarily with not-for-profit organizations, and specializing in human resources issues. His client base includes human service agencies, cultural institutions, health care firms, community development organizations, professional associations, and small for-profit companies.
Mr. Ginn holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. His experience includes six years of consulting with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and seven years as a senior executive with the American Dental Association and the United Way/Crusade of Mercy.
He has been an active volunteer throughout his career and is currently a Board member and officer of the Samaritan Institute and a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Chicago Children's Museum. He has served as an officer of Child Abuse Prevention Services and is a Past President of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits.
