Dynamic Insights International, with Dr. Mary Heidkamp at the helm, has been assisting organizations and individuals to improve productivity since 1998.

Mary Heidkamp is a dynamic facilitator, motivational speaker, author and experienced management consultant. She specializes in leadership and organizational development. She has motivated and directed hundreds of volunteers, boards, organizations and individuals toward peak performance and high achievement. Mary is a visiting assistant professor at the University of Illinois (Chicago) teaching Strategic Management and Board of Director Development for nonprofits in the new online program for the Certificate in Nonprofit Management.

Mary Heidkamp has been recognized nationally for her professional excellence. Her background includes twenty-five years in responsible and effective management in which she worked extensively with corporate institutions of all sizes, foundations and nonprofit organizations. Her extensive international experience combined with ten years leading the Campaign for Human Development and the Peace and Justice Office for the Archdiocese of Chicago have provided Mary with extensive practical experience to bring to her work as a coach and organizational/management consultant.

She is also the author of numerous popular articles on topics including goal setting, time management, and women's unique challenge in the workplace.  She is the co-author, with Jim Lund, of Moving Faith into Action (1990, Paulist Press) "a guide for organizing congregational groups for social action."

Mary holds a Doctorate in Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago with a concentration in leadership and executive management.

 Mary works tirelessly with organizations and individuals to make their dreams come true by identifying priorities and developing implementation strategies. With Mary's dynamic leadership and insightful analysis, executives and staff work together to build their skills, overcome obstacles and solve problems.
