Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. and CBIZ represent the 9th largest accounting firm in the U.S.  Our Chicago loop office has approximately 90 employees.  We have a diverse clientele with a strong background with nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, and Yellow Book/Single Audit clients.

We are a full service CPA firm providing auditing, accounting, and tax services to nonprofits, as well as for profit motivated entities.  Our affiliation with CBIZ allows us to provide our clients with access to many other one-stop professional services such as; payroll processing, employee benefits consulting and administration, IT solutions, valuation services, HR consulting and compliance, and others. 

Our clientele is diverse, but is comprised primarily of privately owned organizations, governments, and nonprofit organizations.  Our target nonprofit would minimally be an organization with the accounting resources to provide an auditable general ledger. This would only eliminate the smallest nonprofits that are "accounting-challenged".  Typically, they would not be able to fit our fees into their budget.  We do discount fees for nonprofits, but do not do pro-bono work.  Only the largest national nonprofit organizations would be above our target market. 

We are highly focused on client service and are fully staffed and prepared for expansion in this arena.  Unlike the largest firms that are understaffed and cutting client service, we have maintained client service and professionalism through the changes that have affected our industry since Enron/ Sarbanes-Oxley.  We welcome any and all referrals and will treat referrals with the respect and professionalism that ACN expects from its consultants.
