Testimonial 1
"We hired Millennia to facilitate our three-year strategic planning cycle. Ours is an 18M nonprofit with 14 comprehensive programs, 500+ employees and participants who range from children to seniors. We serve over 20,000 individuals annually and have been doing so for 60 years. Wendy Siegel worked with a large leadership team including board, executive management, and staff to collect data, consolidate findings, explore opportunities and risks, and develop a 3 year strategic plan for our Agency. With so many moving pieces and conflicting schedules, Wendy was able to harness the talents and strengths of the team to facilitate this process. Ann Alvarez, President and CEO, Casa Central

"Millennia consulting facilitated a strategic planning process for the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities. The strategic planning stakeholder group included people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, family members, provider agency representatives and a number of other advocates. Our consultant skillfully facilitated these planning meetings for over a year, during which time she repeatedly demonstrated the ability to raise and discuss difficult issues with people who represented a variety of viewpoints and opinions. She was respected by all group members and the process culminated with consensus on principles upon which the division was able to develop a detailed strategic plan that honored many perspectives. Ms. Siegel’s skills extended from facilitating the stakeholder meetings to working with the Division to develop and write the final strategic planning document. This important process would not have been successful without her involvement." Lilia Teninty, Former Director, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Currently Senior Policy Specialist, Human Services Research Institute, Illinois Department of Human Services

The coaching and facilitation from Millennia Consulting helped our group of emerging and established leaders--who rarely get the time for authentic and safe peer mentorship-- to be able to join together, support each other, and most importantly engage in the art and science of solution creation. Hats off to Millennia for putting the "learning" back in the "learning circle" --we are truly grateful. Maria Kim, President and CEO, The Cara Program
