I have a highly successful track record of helping public health and human service organizations secure highly competitive grant funding. By aligning mission, strategy, and capacity with documented community needs, I ensure clients submit proposals that are both fundable and feasible.

As a former senior-level nonprofit executive, I bring a systems perspective that connects planning, infrastructure, and implementation. I question assumptions, identify gaps, and help organizations think differently about how they grow and sustain their impact. Clients come to me for clarity, innovation, and the kind of deep analytical insight that turns complex challenges into winning approaches.

My work centers on health and human services, with expertise in health equity, children and youth, and social determinants of health. I have extensive experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), health systems, and universities, and a long record of success securing funding from HRSA, state agencies, and private foundations.
