Topic 1 Description

A report is due and you and your staff are scrambling to gather the needed data. You discover that some of the data wasn't collected and that the remaining results indicate that you fell short of the lofty goals that were set. These are just some of the common pitfalls nonprofits face related to effectively measuring and reporting on performance.
