Jenn Ballentine, MPH, is a seasoned consultant with over 15 years of experience partnering with nonprofits and Foundations to provide strategic direction, training, technical assistance and support in the areas of evaluation and performance measurement, strategic planning, data visualization and communications, and organizational development. A report is due and you and your staff are scrambling to gather the needed data. You discover that some of the data wasn't collected and that the remaining results indicate that you fell short of the lofty goals that were set. These are just some of the common pitfalls nonprofits face related to effectively measuring and reporting on performance. This training will equip staff and nonprofit consultants with an overview of the potential pitfalls nonprofits face when evaluating/conducting performance measurement of programs AND the simple solutions staff and consultants can employ to overcome these pitfalls.
