Organization Profile

Organization Overview
I’m a value-based coalition builder who motivates organizations to drive results. I create the conditions for the best mission-aligned ideas to surface, and make the impossible not only possible but manageable, and most importantly - fun.

Organizations come to me when they’re ready to uplevel. I work with teams to provide clarity and organize plans into action that result in greater funding and advocacy to make real, long-lasting change.

Testimonial 1
"Amanda is the facilitator you want when your mission and/or scope feel fuzzy. She guided our board and staff in sharpening how we view our mission, ourselves, and our community. She helped us seize the opportunities in front of us, from both an internal and external capacity.

Things are clearer now due to her work. I would bring her back without hesitation. Work with Amanda, if you can!" - Sarah Wallace, Board President of Resilience
Testimonial 2
"Amanda is the definition of impressive. In our time together at the Downers Grove Public Library Foundation she demonstrated exceptional leadership in her delegation while also not shying away from rolling up her sleeves and doing. What was previously a dedicated but somewhat sleepy nonprofit which functioned as the fundraising arm for our public library, Amanda helped us come alive and realize our potential. Thanks to Amanda’s communication and strategy expertise, DGPLF reentered the event fundraising space where we hit and exceeded our funding goal of $25,000. That became the first of many milestones Amanda helped us meet and exceed. Not only that, but she raised the profile of the Foundation within our community through press releases, media relations, interviews, podcasts, as well as relationship building with like-minded community organizations and partners. Amanda is exactly the person you want on your team if you want to scale up, redefine your messaging and achieve your goals." - Katie Johnson, former VP of the Downers Grove Public Library Foundation Board
