Topic 2 Description

This session helps leaders learn how to have clear, confident coaching conversations that guide employees, strengthen accountability, and reduce confusion. When expectations aren’t clearly communicated, even the most dedicated team members can feel frustrated or unsure of how to succeed. In this training, leaders will walk away with practical tools to give feedback in a way that builds trust, improves performance, and keeps teams aligned with the mission. If It’s Not Documented, It Didn’t Happen—And Your Mission Is at Risk
Topic 3 Description
In the nonprofit world, it’s easy to prioritize the mission over the paperwork—but lack of documentation can quickly put both your people and your organization at risk. This session breaks down what nonprofit leaders need to document, how to document it effectively, and why it matters more than you might think. Without clear records, organizations leave themselves vulnerable to legal risk, inconsistent decision-making, and employee confusion. This training provides simple, practical guidance to help leaders document performance, conversations, and decisions in a way that protects the organization while supporting fairness and accountability. Because when it’s documented, it’s defensible—and your mission stays protected.
