Nonprofit consulting is challenging in normal times. In these uncertain times, many of us are facing even more complex problems. Without the morale support of a team, it can be hard to keep your head up some days. Let ACN be your team!

Gather with fellow nonprofit consultants to cultivate the growth mindset needed for these uncertain times. Join other ACN member consultants to talk through challenges, learn from one another, and discuss strategies to come out stronger on the other side.

This session will start with voluntary sharing about challenging client engagements. We will then discuss strategies for evaluating ourselves, gathering feedback, and moving forward resiliently after gathering feedback.
