Jessica Pugil is founder and Principal of Working Partner, a strategy and consulting firm. For more than 30 years, Jessica has evaluated a broad array of initiatives and programs aimed at increasing family financial stability, building the capacity of the healthcare safety net, implementing integrated healthcare, strengthening youth resiliency, and developing organizational capacity. Her specialty is nurturing and evaluating complex initiatives that require data-driven, multi-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional community-wide solutions. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from McGill University and a Master’s degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. She holds an Advanced Studies in the Evaluation Certificate from Claremont Graduate University.
