We can also work with you to document this control structure in a customized fiscal policies and procedures manual.
* Nonprofit Finance Training: In addition to delivering customized training for individual organizations or groups of organizations, BDO is a leading provider of the two-part, nationally-recognized CNAP (Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional) certification program.
* Outsourced Fiscal Management Services: Management of the full range of your organization’s accounting and financial management tasks on an outsourced basis, including providing support for the annual financial audit.
* Transition Services: Our dedicated transition advisory team works with you to find the right way forward as you improve or restructure your organization’s fiscal operations, providing
